Pricing questions
What does the price include?
Every Omnipal feature on up to 5 devices, for one year. It doesn’t include AI model costs, which you pay to the provider with your key.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You create your account with Google or your email and get a 7-day trial with every feature straight away, no card needed. Then, if you want to keep going, you subscribe from your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the customer portal you open from your account with “Manage subscription”: access stays active until the end of the year you already paid for, with no further charges. Withdrawal terms are in the Terms of service.
Who handles the payment?
Polar (Polar Software Inc.), Omnipal’s authorised reseller: it takes the payment, applies your country’s VAT and issues the receipt. Your card details are handled by Polar and never reach us.
How much will I spend with the AI provider?
It depends on the model and how much you use it. With lighter models a reply costs well under one cent; with Ollama, on your own computer, it costs nothing.
