2. Service and documents
Omnipal offers AI tools for writing, replying, translating and working with text, documents and media through its website, extension and desktop/mobile clients. Availability and limits depend on the client and active offer.
- Privacy: personal data, providers, retention and rights.
- Terms of service: access from age 18, use, trial, licence and commercial conditions.
- Cookies: technical cookies, local storage and optional choices.
The trial authorises no charges. Purchases are currently disabled. The Pricing page is not an order confirmation; future purchase conditions must be presented before an order.
3. Rights and AI results
Software, trademarks, text and materials belong to their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership rights; third-party licences and uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
AI outputs require human review before use or sending and do not guarantee professional advice, originality or freedom from third-party rights. Mandatory user and consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. External services and languages
AI providers, Google, stores and payment services apply their own terms to their respective services. Links do not endorse all external content. Data flows are described in the Privacy Policy.
